Things are very laid back at the Cottontail Creek Ranch, and while Sue and Fred have a few guidelines, they are very flexible in many areas. Please do not hesitate to ask about any special concerns you may have.

$90 a night A $15 charge will be added for extra person in room. A one night deposit is required to firmly reserve your room. No credit cards, but will hold your room until your check arrives. Confirmation and brochure will be sent upon receipt of check. We enjoy a smoke free home, but you may enjoy a cigarette outside. No pets, please. Check-in is after 3:00pm unless special arrangements have been made. Cancellation must be 24 hours prior to check in in order to receive a full refund, minus a $5 processing fee. Check-out time is noon.
